TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:

  • You are NOT allowed to sell my artwork and any commissions you receive as NFT's

  • I have the right to deny any commission or request

  • I do not accept refunds unless there is an emergency on my part and I cant complete your commission

  • I will not accept a tight deadline that makes me uncomfortable, nor will I take on a commission if I feel I may be rushed

  • Commissions can take 2-4 weeks depending on my commission queue. Sometimes it may take shorter or longer depending on my schedule

  • You may not resell my artwork commercially as your commission is for personal use only; selling your character with said artwork attached is fine

  • If you repost the commission, crediting me is required. A link to my Carrd is acceptable

Art that I will or will not do:

YES:

  • Sonic OC/Canon characters

  • Human characters

  • Furry characters

  • Simplified robotic characters

  • Simple armor

  • Couples

  • Pinup (for adult customers only!)

NO:

  • Hateful themes

  • Inappropriate couples that include minors

  • Recolors or stolen characters

  • Rape, pedophilia, homo/transphobia, other uncomfortable fetish art

Payment Information:

  • Full payment is upfront and through a Paypal invoice

  • Payment must be sent within 7 days

  • I will not start a commission until the full payment is sent

  • No refunds unless I personally cannot complete your commission

  • If you send a refund through a dispute on PayPal without contacting me about it first I will not accept any future commissions from you
